We are a service business — we don't sell physical goods, so a traditional return policy doesn't quite fit. What we do offer is a straightforward re-work and refund framework for the work we carry out.
If you collect the vehicle and something genuinely isn't right — a missed area, streaks on glass, a hologram in the polish — bring the car back within 48 hours and we'll put it right at no cost. This is the fastest way to resolve any issue and is what we'd prefer in almost every case.
If re-work isn't practical (for example you have left town and can't return), we'll issue a partial refund proportionate to the affected portion of the service. Decision and refund are issued within five working days of being informed.
A full refund is offered when a service was not delivered for reasons within our control — for example, the bay flooded or our equipment failed mid-job and we could not complete what you paid for. Full refunds are processed to the original payment method within five working days.
Ceramic coatings carry their own written warranty (12, 36 or 60 months depending on package). If a coated panel loses gloss or hydrophobic behaviour prematurely, we re-coat that panel at no charge. The warranty card you receive at pick-up has the precise exclusions.
Deposits on multi-day jobs (coating, multi-stage correction) are refundable up to 72 hours before the appointment. Inside that window, they are credited against a future booking instead of being refunded — this keeps booth scheduling fair to other owners on the waiting list.
Email [email protected] with your invoice number, a description of the issue and a couple of phone photos. We aim to acknowledge within one working day and resolve within five.
Outside of the formal cases above, if something feels unfair, please just tell us. A long customer relationship matters more to us than the price of any single visit.
