These terms govern your use of this website and any services you book with us at the studio. By reserving a slot or sending an enquiry, you agree to the terms set out here.
A booking is confirmed only after we reply with a date, time and written quote. Walk-ins are welcome for short washes but are accommodated on a best-effort basis subject to bay availability.
Prices on this site are indicative starting prices for standard saloon vehicles. The final, agreed price is the one quoted in writing before work begins. Payment is accepted in cash, bank transfer, DuitNow QR and major credit cards. A printed invoice is provided.
Where a service includes a warranty (most commonly ceramic coatings), the duration and exclusions are specified in your service record. Coverage requires the vehicle to be brought back annually for the agreed maintenance wash.
We take great care with every vehicle, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, items left in the vehicle, or losses caused by mechanical defects we did not introduce. Where damage is genuinely caused by us, our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service or repair.
